How to order
Your orders can be placed directly in our online store By completing your online order you will receive an automatic confirmation email, stating all order details.

Deliveries are made by courier companies or directly from our company.
The products will be shipped to the address which is set by the respective customer at the time of the order. The Company cooperates with courier companies, in order to ensure safe and fast shipment of products. Shipping costs will be charged to the customers of the Company and they will be informed about the exact cost of each delivery before submitting their final order. Our Company strives to deliver its customers orders within the stated time, but in case of delay for any reason, the Company is not responsible.

For orders for deliveries of large items, we will contact you 2 days before shipping the goods to designated delivery date. The delivery of large items is free of charge within Attica. For deliveries outside Attica, we are able to deliver your order free of charge to a transport company of your choice. If you have not proposed a transport company, we can choose it for you, but without taking any responsibility for the quality of service of each carrier. Bulky and heavy items can not be delivered abroad except upon special arrangement between the customer and the Company.

Delivery time
Products in stock are delivered within 5-7 working days. Products that are not in stock (listed in the product description) are delivered within 2 to 8 weeks. The company is not responsible for possible inconsistency of the above delivery times, due to delays by the supplier or other external factors.

Our Company strives to be as accurate as possible, and provide detailed description of the essential characteristics of products available for sale through its website. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied by a product description, please contact us so we can answer any of your questions and serve you with the best possible manner. The company reserves the right to make repeal or change the characteristics of the products and their prices without any notice. Any such modification shall be effective when uploaded to the Company’s website.

Product photos shown in our online store might not match the actual characteristics, such as color and texture.

The prices of all products sold on our website are retail prices and include VAT. The final cost of each order will be calculated after adding the retail price of each item, packing costs (if any) and delivery cost, the amount of which will be stated to our clients before submitting their order. The price charged to the customer is current at the time of ordering. The Company reserves the right to change the prices of its products, however, any such amendment will not affect existing sent orders, which have been accepted by the Company. The transaction will be considered completed only after the sending of a written confirmation by Company. Note that the Company may withdraw and not fulfill an order, in such cases customers will be refunded any price that has already been collected.

1. By credit card or your PayPal account in the process of on-line market.

Our company works exclusively with PayPal to ensure secure online transactions. Upon successful completion of the payment process resets automatically Our company is in no way take note of your credit card.

2. Bank deposit

In case the order is not paid within 5 days, it will be canceled automatically.

3. COD.
Is possible without extra cash on your charge. Please accept your parcel when delivered to you directly. In case you don’t accept your package, we can not resend it, without extra delivery charge.

Risk of loss or damage products during transportation
You are kindly requested, when you receive your order to check the integrity of the products. As you will see the packages are excellent and protect our products during transportation. However, some damage may occur to the products during transportation. In this case, please note clearly the type of wear on the delivery note or the specific courier document. Then, within 5 days please contact us at email, attaching clear images of damage, to arrange return of the product and resend back, if it is available. Only in the case the damaged item is out of stock, a refund shall be issued to the customer. To replace you need to keep the product packaging.

Returns / Withdrawal
To avoid your own suffering we would recommend you watch at the time of delivery of your order on the condition of product sold and packaging intact, in order to detect any obvious defects such as incorrect shipping product, broken product, missing parts, etc. . Returns of products that are sold through our company website under the following circumstances:
